deciding on an e30, HELP

I'm deciding between two cars.

first car:
-alpine white 325is
-tan leather
-automatic... (will be doing a 24v swap if I buy it)
-A/C
-140k miles
-m20
-no rust
-cracked dash
-clean interior
-clean exterior (small damage near exhaust on bumper, fixable)
-$5000

second car:
-alpine white 325i
-red cardinal leather (which i love)
-no AC or heat
-s50 swap with 120k
-chassis 210k
-no rust
-manual
-cracked dash
-clean interior
-clean exterior
-$7000

What would you do?

The one that's already swapped..... For 2 grand you get a better interior and the swap out of the way so you can enjoy it.

Based on what you have in your post, I'd go with #2.

Good choice. Since #2 is already S50 / manual you'll be money ahead - which you can use to get the A/C back up and running. And the red interior is very nice indeed.
