Exact e30 production numbers

BMW made the first red e30 m3 in 1985. BMW owns it.

Yeah - the chart makes way more sense after you shift it right. Was there continuous 318i production though? I'm guessing that column has M10s and M42s in there? Possibly M40s and M43s? This thing could get complicated...

Weird they are missing the 325is number.

Not weird at all. 325is is 325i + some options. It's not a separate model.

I think the last empty column is for the M3 as well, not sure how to interpret it, but since the first debuted in 1985 it makes sense there is a one there. Also missing a shitload of 325i lol
