    Safeway modified

Traveling north on the 405 in kirkland between 124th and 116th a tire blew out on a safeway truck 3 cars in front of me.... i would say i ran over ~ half of a semi trailer tire... I hear glass cracking and look in my rear view to see my spoiler flying across the highway.

The truck had pulled over and I spoke with the driver, got all his info and filled out a safeway accident report. As much as this sucks, i think it will all get taken care of.

Anyone else have any similar experiences with sucess in getting compensated for the damages?

sorry for the small pic... didn't know my phone was set at the smallest size.

Yeah man, Safeway is at fault. Hopefully they arent like the goons at Monro Muffler and wont want to make a big ordeal out of it all.

Oh that sucks. Two weeks ago,a stupid truck, one Suv front of me, had a cone fly from his bed. The suv was high enough and as able to just drive over it.I tried to dodge it but it caught under my passenger wheel. Next thing I know my undertray broke off,and me running it over.Looked at the rear view mirror and that the thing is flying in two pieces on the highway.Pulled over,to check damages.Found the passenger bracket holding the airdam broke, airdam brace is now "loose".Sadly, the driver got away.

So, now I can either get a new brace for the airdam,or save up a slap a mtech 1 kit on.
