Got this from my friend that works at a vintage BMW shop. He said it may have came from a 3.0cs. Just wondering if it's worth restoring.

My vote is it's an inexpensive knockoff of a nardi Torino.
Why not restore it if it is something you like?
If you think you are going into it with the expectation you can put a lot of work into it then profit by selling, I would say you might want to think again.sigpic
