    Anyone near Middle Island, NY?

Just won a set of tires for my Jeep in Middle Island, NY.

Trying to figure out a way to get them up here, via one, two, or as many friends that can help me out.

Seller is willing to travel up to 50 miles, so if there's someone around 50 miles from there (in my direction, of course) and is willing to drive a little further north to someone else or me, let me know.

These are 31" tires - shipping would be brutal. Any help is much appreciated and will be rewarded with free parts or some monetary gift if necessary.

Thanks to anyone that can help!

Shipping is estimated around $120 for two packages at 31x31x21 (two tires each package) weighing in at around 40 lbs.

Anyone that can facilitate this pickup/delivery is entitled up to that much...I don't want to ship if I don't have to!!

Hey I might be able to help you out. I'm not big on these boards but I'm around e30tech a lot (turbo/engine/engine management sections).

I'm exactly 47.1 miles from middle island further west on long island. I've got family members leaving sometime this weekend from there to go up to Cape Cod. If the seller drops the tires at my place and you could get someone to pick the tires up in Cape Cod I might be able to help you out.

What size tires? If we're talking 38s than I don't think the Honda Odyssey is going to cut it.

You might be in luck bi-atch.

PM me. Not sure how many I could stick in my E30 though.

el bob - the seller is leaving for a week or so, unfortunately it'll have to wait. I really, really appreciate the offer though - it's nice to find people willing to help :)

Greg - I'll send you a PM. Bungie cords or tie downs - that's what the roof is for! :)

That's just not right.. that's no way to treat a E30.
