m-tech 1 rear bumper caps

So I am putting my m-tech 1 rear valance on and I remembered the euro end caps do not work with the m-tech bumper strip. I remember someone on here showed how to cut them to make them work. Can someone post the link? I have been looking and can not find it:)

Do appreciate the help from both of you. Got the rear valance on today. Much harder than I thought I would be, that nice exhaust system is in the way:), but it looks pretty good. Now when my caps come this week, I can button up the sides.
