    It's like a kid's storybook

^because I have pictures to go along with my story haha.

So anyways, thought I would share a couple of pictures and my story from the last couple of days. On Saturday, my brothers and I went to visit my cousin and go with him to watch him autox. His family has a beautiful collection of cars, including two e30 m3's, his slammed 87 325is, a mitsubishi evolution 8, a corrado, and a first gen 530. Here's a picture of the driveway that day, my car is in the foreground, and the rest are his. It's not the greatest picture, but you get the idea.

So after spending some time driving around in the m3's and our 325's, he put on his track tires and it was off to california speedway for a night autox that they called "Night of the living dead" or something like that. Sadly, I don't have any pictures of the autox, but do have this rolling shot of his car on the way there.

Also, a couple of shots while we were waiting for the races to begin. My cousin's is the diving board car, mine is with plastic bumpers.

It was an interesting day, we had fun cruising over there and back, especially when an older Jetta and even a UPS truck tried to race us.

And then today, since I had the day off, I decided to visit a local junkyard that I had never gone to before. Surpisingly, there were a couple of e30's, a first gen 5 series, and a 633csi. I got lucky and found this black trunk spoiler and two seatbelt clip covers.

Right now I have a white spoiler on my trunk, but will refinish the black one and put it on my car, so if anyone is interested in a good condition white spoiler that will be available, shortly PM me :).

The best part about today, was that when I went to pay, the two clips and the trunk spoiler cost me 3 dollars and 8 cents (plus a 2 dollar entrance fee). Not a bad 5 bucks spent.

edit: O yea i forgot to mention, while at the junkyard, i lost my bluetooth headset, which sucks, but i guess it kind of evens out since i got such a good deal on the spoiler

mine is in the foreground, my cousins and uncles are all the rest.

UPDATE: The story continues, I returned to the same junkyard where I picked up the spoiler because I realized that I needed a couple more little things, but ended up finding a 92 318iC. It appeared to be very well taken care of. It was t-boned in the passenger side, but the driver's side tan vinyl sport seat (heated?) was in practically perfect condition. The passenger side seat was completely dismantled, so couldn't take it. I grabbed it, along with a couple of 13 button OBC's, and some switches and a couple of other small things.
Here's the seat, pretty dirty but should be a beaut once I clean her up.

      Some small scratches/tears:

      The bottom:

And some pictures of the 13 button OBC's and a new headrest I got.

      Now here come the questions:
1)Judging on the bottom cables of the seat, I'm guessing that it's a heated one, correct? If so, how would I go about putting this in my car that doesn't have heated seats?
2)As for the 13 button OBC's, I was only able to get what is shown in the picture. What exactly does the stalk have to do with the OBC, and can anyone tell me what else I'm missing? Obviously one is just the OBC, but what about the other one.
3)Since I'm not really interested in putting these into my car (I have a 6 button OBC), is there a way I can test them to see if they are working? I would like to just sell them to offset the cost of my new seat :).
4)The vert was an alpineweiss II plastic bumpered car, but only had the rear, and the trims were messed up. If anyone is interested, let me know, and I'll try to grab it in the next week.
