I've been so busy over the past two years I was not able to pay much attention to my website. I figured since I had a week before ASU started back up, it was time to update my website and add a few things to it:

Bookmark it. I'm hoping to add more content to the car articles section and eventually make it more BMW specific instead of having such an E30 bias.

I'm also looking to add a photo and video section as crazy videos and photos from all the events I go to are sure to add hits and bring interest.

I also need to go into more detail in some of the articles and get a few of my new products off the ground, but that will come in time.

If you don't know me very well the project car section will give you an overview of just what I have done to my e30. It started life bone stock.

I'd still like to win back the lukasbmw domain (and use it to forward traffic) but I am not sure how to do this. I've tried to contact the new owner but he will not respond to my offers to buy the domain. Hmmmm.

-Well, we will see how long I can stick around. I'm switching jobs so I am unemployed for two weeks. I'm just trying to use this time to catch up on stuff. When school starts next week and the new job kicks in I may disappear again. I can't tell you how much I miss talking E30's with you all.

-ASU as in Arizona State University or ASU Slut University. Famous for partying, gambling, drinking, and hot bitches. This is my final year. Woot!

-E30 M50 cars are tricky to make shields for since so many people have slightly different setups. I didn't think there was enough interest but I keep getting e-mails from eBay buyers so I just may do it.

-An yes, I thought about listing my basketball and football awards in my sig but I thought that was overkill. J/K I just wanted the forum members know what I did so when I respond to a thread, they don't think I'm blowing smoke up their ass.

-The E30 will get detailed, have a few issues fixed, and some 2006 photos should be up by September. As for future plans:

I think I'm going to remove the AC, ditch the Vaders for some lighter sport seats, buy a lighter replica M-tec wing (the stock is so heavy), and take out the spare. My car is just so damn heavy and I'd like it to be faster. Now that I have a daily driver I enjoy, I think I can strip out some of the excess stuff and make my car more toss-able. If I could get it down to 2700-2800 pounds with a full interior and sound system I would be happy.

Hey Blunt, What type of comercial real estate are you into? Are you a broker or investor (or both)?

I'm trying to buy my first single office at the moment.
