looking to turbo my e30

For your own setup, I'd go with the already mention 666fab. Jon puts out some impressive products and he's an e30 guy willing to help out. Not to mention he's like the only guy in north america with all the good stuff, and his equal length manifold is teh sex.
As far as intercooler pipes, you pretty much just have to mount everything up and imagine where the pipes need to go, then grab pre bent pipes and cut to fit.

I say, read alot, search a lot and ypu can build your own kit, wich will be fun and for any future trouble you will be your own mechanic who can fix it easily.

If money isn't a issue, then go with a turbo kit, but beware it cost you $5K + stage 1 and for stage 2 you need some extra bucks, with all that money you can have a reliable system and full tunable system builded by you, if it doesn't cost you less.

e30tech is really where you need to go for turbo e30 applications. Some good knowledge over there.
