Hard to say until we get it on a dyno. But like I said, we are shooting for something between 230-240 at the wheels. It's probably going to take some time to dial in the combination, and in the end we may have to dial it back a bit depending on the final weight of the car.

turbo or 24v swap?

Did some looking under the hood yesterday. There is a good amount of oil tha has leaked out form somewhere on the motor. It is definitely high mileage, over 200k most likely but the odometer stopped working. The m20 looks like it would in all honestly need a freshening up to make a turbo build last...I think I made my decision on going the 24v route. Did some research and it looks like there are a few frankenbuild m5x builds that could yield higher displacement and compression. Cams and headers should yield me the over 250whp I am looking for...

In all of my years I haven't run across an M20 (apart from 1) that didnt have oil leakage all over it.My previous build (currently E30-less)
