    320i 1995 2l

    just bought a 320i 1995 six speed straight six but
    only 2L small six ...
    the sound is f****** nice at my ears
    (magnaflow front to back)
    Just wantd to know if you guys know much about this car i cant find anything. Anyway at my job (i work at Carquest Canada) all i can found in the book and on the web is that the car is made in Canada yaaahh right .... under the hood and on the tag its all made in Germany ... someone know about this car ?

      I did not know that they made an e36 320i. Was it only in Canada or is this BS?

          greymarket ftl. Look up by vin and see what you actually own.(Bmw dealer will do this for free)

              Hmmmm, wierd. Must be pretty slow, no? So is it a Canada only model or what? Never herd of that model.

                its not that slow .... at all prety revy push it to 7000 easy

                burn on second when you push it .. its prety sharp its light 1400kilo

                      c'mon guys, these are German cars, some of you have to think outside of the US a little.

                      yes they made an e36 320i. It was an m50b20, and yes they are pretty slow. The upside of them is that they come up cheap, and are the perfect candidate for bigger 6 swap, as its a direct swap.

                      but a 6 speed? are you sure you arent counting reverse as a 'speed'. Cos unless someone has put an M3 box in there, i don't know what you're on about.

                          Straight 6 DOHC 24V/Straight 6 DOHC 24V with Single VANOS. 1989-1998. 136kg 299lbs
                          Used in E36 320i/325i, E34/39 520i/525i, Variation of this was used in the Early US E36 M3
                          2.0 (150bhp), 2.5 (192bhp), 3.0 (240bhp) Sometimes referred to as S50US. Engine shares more common parts with M50 than Euro S50, but is a motorsport engine.

                              well it sound good and its prety sharp to drive

                              i have a 325e and m3 97 so i can do the math ...

                              but i relay dont knoe as for the tuning candidate it will be cool
