How much has it cost you guys to have spoilers painted and mounted? I have an M-tech for my E24 waiting for it.

It should not cost more than $125 or so to have it painted by a competant shop using base/clear .
Labor to install should be about 2.0 hours .
Take it to a body shop and not a mechanical shop for fitting as body labor is waaay cheaper .
But with that said , it looks like your shark is black ...you could easily attain a similar finish by properly prepping and then using a quality gloss black spray paint .
There is really not that mush that needs to be painted .
Also you could fit it yourself if you can spare an afternoon .
Just measure twice and drill once . :D
