Glad to see r3v has more high schoolers since I haven't been pulling my weight lately.

Not crashing seems to be a common theme. One of my friends has an e28 and ever since he stopped thrashing it he stopped breaking parts. I'd much rather baby the car than it being broken all the time

Been thrashing on my e30 for 20-odd k miles and did the same on my e34 for 22k and I've broken exactly 0 parts as a result which doesn't seem uncommon in my 6 years with old BMWs.
E30's probably slid around every corner in the Bay and I once drove the e34 over 100 for 2-3 hours straight (on the last leg of a 26 hour drive).
