The E30 is under the knife...

Well, brought the 325 over to the parents tonight because they have a real garage hehehe (I have an apt garage). Changed the oil with Mobil Clean 5000 5w30, starting cleaning the engine bay, ripped off the hideous and rusty "fog light gaurds". Were these things stock? I doubt it, but they look hella better without the damn things on. :)
    See pic:

Also intended to change the fuel filter tonight, take a peek under the car by the rear wheel well...wait a minute, that's the pump. (I guess it's a convient spot compared to in the tank), but I was assuming the filter would be there as the Bently manual says. I then find on my car it is mounted in the engine bay, conveniently under the brake master, and power steeting container. Kinda a paint in the ass if you ask me! But certainly not THAT bad. I decided I didn't feel like doing that tonight.

Took off the right rear wheel (bearing is making terrible noises!), and sprayed down some bolts and parts with PB Blaster. OH yah, I will probably be going through a couple cans on that fix!

That's about it for tonight, I need to adjust the parking brake lever as well, doesn't quite hold good. The previous guy that had the car said it sticked sometime so he would just leave it in gear. Hmm, I will have to check that out later.

Finally, I have a hesitation that seems to go away after the car is warmed up, although it still bogs a little bit. Any ideas???

    Thanks peeps.

Hum... how does it bog? Like only when you plant the throttle it bogs or it bogs even under light amount of gas?
Ma che cazzo state dicendo? :|
