The picture you posted is of an entire add on aidam, lower "lips" are different.

looks euro with only one grill slat under the bumper
and no side markers in the bumper strips

looks like a 318i, with a Schnitzer kit added at some point, as all NZ new Schnitzers were S3 2.7's
