I ordered some subframe poly mounts on saturday and they havent even shipped them yet. Not to mention they havent even billed my credit card yet.

Are they just slow? I mean I ordered is lip spoiler and a few other things from bav auto the same saturday and they shipped it first thing monday.

ireland has fucked me so many times and ive sworn them off each time. then, like today they go and make an effort make me consider them again.
my recent deal with them was as follows. i sent my 02 struts in to be bent 1.25 neg camber and at the same time i ordered the rear disc brake kit for the car. weeks went by and nothing came. i emailed 4 times and no response. finally i had a friend stop in and ask whats up. they then shipped my stuff that day but still no communication. when it got here it all looked great but they forgot to send my hubs they had to modify for the rear disks. i called jerimiah and he said no problem, hed ship them out that day. so he 2nd day aired them to me. they have a good product and are knowledgable but they suck at communication and sometimes dont seem to care. if you want to do business with them give yourself plenty of lead time or plan on being dissapointed

I ordered HR sport springs from them. Took 7 weeks to arrive. 7 weeks!

Sounds like they just suck at electronic communication. Phone calls aren't that hard to do if you really want your parts.;)

They may make small mistakes, but they have always done right by me, and if they do make a mistake, they own it, and make it right. That is why I keep going back to them.

I had to wait 4 weeks for my parts from IE that were all advertised as "in stock" when I ordered them. They did respond when I enquired about the lack of parts after a few weeks, so that was appreciated.

When I did get the parts, the camber and toe kits were obviously not machined to spec., and I had to re-machine them so the 5er eccentric bolts/washers/nuts would actually fit. After waiting for the parts for so long, this was an unpleasant surprise. I've heard of other quality-control related issues with their engine mounts.

As a local shop supporting local enthusiasts, I'm sure they do a good job. It seems to me that they just haven't figured out the internet-sales and mass-produced parts part of the business.
