            That one is the pre-85 cars, it mounts to the valance in place of the plastic lip. You could mount it to US bumpers if you cut up the plastic sidemoudlings to make room for the part of the spoiler that goes under the European bumpers.
            Im now E30less.

                So since I just bought it from that guy, and I've got an 85 325E what am I going to need to do to get this mounted?

                    european bumpers and a european valance to make it looke proper. You can try and trim back the plastic sides to the valance works if it will screw in to the US valance where the plastic lip is.
                    Im now E30less.
