Seem to be aftermarket ones. The stamp reads:

from production year '83
BMW Dealerships often have some Aftermarket ones since they often come as a gift with purchase of the car. Mine even had the Dealership's name on it (Where regular floormats)
The give-away that these might be aftermarket are the cutouts to which you can re-cut them to fit other models (i mean the ones for the backseat)
