    URGENT!!! E30 M3 1988 Fuel pump relay!!!

What # is it and is it in main fuse box or in the one on passenger side with the 3 alone??? We need this car running so we can get to work tomorrow. Thanks in advance!!! We know its bad cause the car idles rough and it throwing a fault code for that relay! Fuse 11 is ok.

The fuel pump main relay is located on the passenger side under the cover... Color should be orange.

Mods go ahead and move this just we still have not gotten the car to run. Fuse 11 is ok. The motor is totaly flooding out and when it runs its an insanely rough idle until you bring it up to 2.5k+RPM, it looks as if the motors gonna tear off the mounts. The S14 is a 2.5 Turner stroker with 3250mi. Im guessing bad ECU.

Throwing codes? That ECU doesnt have the ability to throw codes. Who is working on the car? Have you checked the AFM? Sure there aren't any huge vaccuum leaks?

Yes there are no leaks. http://www.turnermotorsport.com/html...PRODUCT_ID=FCX This it what were using its a fault code reader and it flashes 3 when you ask it to check codes which in the book that came with it is fuel pump relay.

Tell them to quit being idiots. That car doesnt even have a check engine light and it does not store codes.

It says right there on teh page you linked that it does not work on E30 M3s.

there could be apossibilty that the fuel pump(s) are going out,
or the fuel filter hasn't been changed for some time, and there for calls for  a replacement!
AWW! Thats just a bunch of hairy monkey butts! :borg:
