    Shipping

    Simple Questions:

I'm about to buy some Alpina 16x7f 16x8r rims. Problem is, they're in England

-Who do you guys recommend for shipping to New Zealand?

-Better to ship 4 individual boxes to save on the shipping, or is it better to go with one big box, so none get lost and as Alpina rims are fairly light, it won't be such a hit to the wallet, weight wise?

-Any other things I should take note of?

edit: anyone got a weight for a single Alpina rim? Ryan?

    Oh my.

You're looking at a little chunk of change my friend. I would have the packaged individually, to avoid damage to eachother and oversize costs.

See what DHL or FedEx can do for you. Heck, maybe the UK Postal Service will be able to swing something.

Either way, you're looking at probably near $300US at least I'd think. That's a LOT of travel for those wheels.

From me to you (Boise, ID) It would be near $400.

      Def do separate boxes!

I am about to ship some wheels to Nova Scotia, it may not be across oceans but it is about $110. They are only traveling from Massachusetts though. Yours will probably be considerably larger. Hmmmm... I am shipping UPS, they happen to have the cheapest rate!

      Yes, e30zone rocks!

You won't be dissapointed with those wheels!

I was drooling over them when I bought my leather of the same guy. Didn't have enough money though to have them too!

Genuine alpina's with centre caps, new tyres, and 7" front and 8" rear seem to be quite rare too!

Yes Brian E30 zone rocks! Anything you fancy yet?
        I did say!

check with the airlines, if you go directly to the airport they are reasonable sometimes.

If security is like the US (very well could be in UK) airlines are not accepting any freight customers without an extensive background check, fingerprinting, etc, etc.

                I looked into it :-/
