Sweet man, sounds alot like my 325is at idle without the muffler :D
I noticed the car sounds kinda wierd (not the whirring sound) when you give it gas, is that also part of the bad afm ? Sounds like when i installed the mustang injectors and one of them wasn't working.
Jordan, Josh and I watched the vid ATLEAST 20 times apiece,
and I have a good question, what kinda face did your neighbor
make when you screeched past him? Someone asked but you
never answered.
BTW did you *GASP* how could you scrape on the way back into the driveway?
A little lower than you thought it was probably.
I shuddered everytime I heard it.......
If I could watch the video, I'm sure I'd be impressed... my comp is old and slow, and can't handle the size/frame rate of the video. After about 10 seconds, the video pauses and I only get sound. Time for a new comp I guess... or atleast a defrag.
That said, congrats Jordan! There's certainly a lot of pride that went into that car!
Thats awesome man. Reminds me of Gear Drive timing chains on hot rods :) Can't wait to see it all done, and with the muffler and all. It is going to be pretty nice. looks really wild crusing around that circle man.

Yeah, I've watched the video quite a few times also. The neighbor that walked by is Gordy. The guy is no less then 85 years old. He doesn't do much other then walk to the mailbox, and drive his riding lawn mower between his houses (he owns another a couple streets over) I wasn't paying much attention to him, I was busy trying to keep the car running.
I wasnt all that surprized that I scraped that time. I was flooring the brakes, but had just about nothin. All that rust needs to wear down some ;) On the several other trips I made down the street I didn't scrape coming back as the brakes were working a bit better.

AWESOME!!!!! Next time I see you you have to give me a ride. :D I'll give you a ride in the MG as a trade. :) Very glad to see it moving. Can't wait to see it fully painted.
Jordan: How about your shifter modifications? Do you think it's just a matter of getting used to it, or do you regret fitting the brass bushing in the front of the shift carrier?
Congrats Jordan. Get the shit painted and problems sorted and you'll have a nice ride.
Any word on a job?

i dont see what all the buzz is about really I mean yea you got the car running but how are other people who post half finished cars treated? More power to ya for being that much closer to the end...but you still have a while to go bud.
as far as pulling into the drive way I think we all deal with it no big deal.
