i think it's SUPPOSED to be pronounced eyhtah, since it's a greek letter... and usually a letter isn't three of em put together ;) ... but i'm still an eee tee ay man at the moment
it IS supposed to be pronounced "eytah" because it IS a greek letter, which is usually used to represent "economy"
eta's get owned by everything..... even rick james.. .heh
but a sweet eta came into my work today....
it was a 86 bronzit, all original..... and it was clean. paint was perfect, interior was perfect, it had the tan interior that matches the bronzit very nicely....
but anyway, they can be made to look the same, and be more powerfull.... but i dunno
I used to say ETA because, well, I only read it on here....
but as I've spoken with my uncle and his buddy who did the work on my car, they keep on saying eyhteeah......so I guess i'm going to pick up the "proper" way to say it
much easer to say it teh right away, insteed of sayign E - T - A.....
it's aytah, ya fucks. It's a greek letter, and in engineering represents efficiency, which is why it was chosen.
and it's not written ETA. that just makes it look like you either 1. have a broken caps lock key, 2. Have no fucking clue what you're talking about, or 3. Are talking about Estimated Time of Arrival, what the acronym ETA stand for.
Pisses me off just like people say "oh, you have a MAC" fucking morons
