    Fake emails from Ebay

I have recieved this email at least 5 time, each time I report it to spoofs@ebay.com and every time they say it's a fake email. Just thought I'd let you guys know.
    Here is the email
eBay requires correct credit card information in full each month on accounts with balances of $1.00 or greater and if your account becomes past due. You have been pre-indefinitely suspended from eBay because our records indicate your account was involved in activities that violate our policy governing the sale of potentially infringing items, and you may be responsible for collection costs. If you feel you have been suspended in error or want to appeal this decision by providing additional information, we offer you the ability to place or change the information you submit to us by click here and entering the new information yourself in your account.Or click to this link below :

Per the User Agreement, Section 9, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our services to you if we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our users or us. We may also take these actions if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.Due to the suspension of this account, please be advised you are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes the registering of a new account.
    Response from ebay
The email you reported did not originate from, nor is it endorsed by,
eBay. We are very concerned about this problem and are working
diligently to address the situation. We are currently investigating
    the
source of this email to take further action. You may rest assured
    that
your account standing has not changed and that your listings have not
    been affected.

I find the real addy in the servers log and then enter it into spam lists. Its kinda like sending coupons you get in the mail in those "Business Reply By Mail" envelopes. I think they must love me as I am giving them valuable offers from other companies.
    Im now E30less.

Does Ebay ever "investigate" your account?

I got this e-mail a few moments ago...

      "Dear eBay member ,

During our regular and verification of the accounts we couldn't verify your current information, either your information Has changed or it is incomplete . if the account is not updated to current information within 5 days then , your access to Buy or Sell on eBay will be restricted

Go to the link below to Update your account information :

      http://signin.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&ssPageName=h:h:sin:US"

      What d'you think?

Just don't give out any credit card info to some page you went to through a link in an email.

          I'm not following through - this is a BS e-mail, I'm sure.

It asks for ATM pin numbers, it asks for all your checking account numbers etc, and the punctuation is off.

If you could ever be so sure of anything in your life, this would be it.
