My friend with his CRX came to me one day and asked if I had any bottlecaps sitting around. I was like, "Umm...why...they're gay." Then he showed me pictures of hondas with them, and I was SHOCKED!
So, I had three REALLY SHITTY caps...sold them to him for $20 and he got another from a junkyard for $10. They just need some refinishing. lol
I gave a pair to a friend with a 400whp integra to run on the back of his car since he had street slicks on the front. He painted them black and it went pretty good with the black steelies with the slicks and his car was red.
I've always kind of liked bottle caps. Rolled around on a pair for a while as I searched for a weave and the look kind of grew on me. Maybe it was because the compressed strut made my car sit a little lower, and have a little more camber. Maybe it was just because it was something different from what I'd always had.
It's kind of like how DS1/2 look great on 5lug e30s but not so much on the e36 it came on. It's just something different you don't see all the time that makes it interesting.

HAHAHAHA, It's fun to think of a car with slicks up front, what's next, wheelie bars under the front bumper ?????
and this guy didn't even take the BMW logos out...
