I saw the user europeanplates on so I figured why not bring this back to the top for them to see.

I will look into each one of these. As well I am on the board all of the time and not one of you who posted above tried to PM me. I got word from MR 325to take a look.

i ordered a few of there hella lights and it took them a week to figure out they didnt have any Optilux lights like i was looking for. another week later they offered me all yellow lights. then a few days later he offered me my money back. then the weirdest thing i got a email saying they were sending me my order, even though i had already received my money back. i think they are going out of business because their shipping department sucks arse.

In response to this your order some closeout items that where already sold, we tried to locate something different and could not so we refunded the money. Our system autmaically sends out a message when we clsoe out an order, that was the last email you sent. I can assure you we are not going out of business; we just added 40 more plates to our line up as well as adding more products and re bulding both sites.

Same experience with me.
Zero communication on their part. I ended up filing a claim with PayPal but they STILL haven't responded. I have a feeling I can kiss my money good bye.

Even if I get my plate or a refund I would never buy anything from these assholes again.

Maybe the board should reconsider letting them be a sponsor.

Let me know the order number or name it was under. When and waht did you order.

Yes a few complaint and even more praise, do you realize are sales volumes on the vortex are about 10,000 orders a year. Do the math.

No apparently, there is NO REASON for the delays, and yet, there ARE delays.

I ordered plates and stickers from them well over a month ago. The plates FINALLY came about a week or so ago (understandable since they are custom).

The problem was, the stickers weren't with the plates. Okay, so they come from a different source perhaps? Well, I contacted them twice before gettting a reply and the reply was that the stickers were sent separately and they should arrive any day. This was on Oct. 20. I waited a couple days, still nothing. Sent another message, and the reply was they were sent out via USPS and should arrive any day. Nothing. Finally, on Oct. 27, they arrived. Ha. The postmark? Oct. 25. WTF???!!!! I had been told more than once that they had ALREADY been shipped out. Flat out LIES. I don't like that at all. Just bad business. And furthermore, this was well over a month later than I had placed my order. So, the point is, in two days the stickers arrived so why had they NOT already been shipped out? Just bad business. And the stickers are not very good quality either, as an aside, and I didn't receive what I ordered either. Oh well, I know where I WON'T be doing business in the future.

I addressed this with you all ready and I am suprised the decals where crappy quality, can you let me know why and what the problem is with the decals.

I'm not entirely sure why you directed this comment at me, when all I did was link the people on here to your VWvortex account. Hell, I'm not even sure what you were attempting to say. Something about a few complaints, and some mis-use of the word "are".
