about to buy an e30... but the car has a problem...

The owner says that the car turns off while driving. The owner has installed this car 4 New Tires, Alternater, Battery, Inner & Outer Fuel Pump, Water Pump, Clutch Fan, Timing Belt, Cleaned/Polished heads, & Door Speaker.

what could possibly be that?
