          Same old BMW V8 problems; with the addition of the X5-only breather hoses. It's just a 4.6l version of the normal M62TU, nothing special. It will go through front axle boots and window regulators all the damn time just like all other X5s do as well. Not bad overall though.

          Fast truck though. Some of them have some cool hounds tooth cloth interiors that I like.

            drovethe 4.4 very impressed with the 6spd shifttronic. im interested in the 3.0 with a manual 6spd though, that might be interesting.

              Not the case for the V8 X5.

              My uncle has a pimped out X5 4.8iS and it hauls ass. All options for the lower versions comes standard and its a very nice SAV. Fast, sharp looking, pretty reliable, and solid car overall. Pulls to 7k too!!:D
