We are just going to straight-pipe it. I didn't want to dump any money into it since we are going to rip it all apart again in a couple months for the turbo :D

We almost integrated an M-Roadster muffler... but, we are out of time to be creative at this point.

It is at the exhaust shop right now, it should be done tomorrow by noon.

lol, you could at least put some sort of muffler on it. Even a $25 turbo muffler. ;)

a $25 turbo muffler, turns into $65 by the time you weld it in, haha. no thanks. I will take the cheap route please.

Joe, how did the 3.46 diff perform? Was that ratio a good choice for the 335? Need to know so I can shop for an LSD for mine.

With the Getrag 280 and a 3.46 diff, the combo was AMAZING.
1st - 40mph, 2nd - 67mph, 3rd - 105mph, didnt have the balls to top out 4th, but it goes at least 125mph.

I averaged 21mpg for the trip, with... "spirited" driving.

The M30 turned out to be a great swap!

We swapped the plastic bumpers, but didnt have time to do the rear correctly...
So there is quite the gap. Oh well.

87-88 M5, M6
South African 745?
91-95 M5

My particular gearbox is from an E28 M5
