Go custom. Fully rebuilt E30 with a Stg 2 TCD kit. 330whp, 340wtq, very very reliable aswell. With that much money you could go all out on the suspension, brakes, interior and exterior. Then leave the rest for driving schools. That's my plan anyway...

If I had 20k, I would buy an E30 318is for a DD, and wait for my 540 M sport to surface. I will be driving an E30 DD for a very long time lol.

Look at E46s. Fast enough, safe, reliable, fairly inexpensive.
