    Hey!

    Sorry i havent been on in a while. my work got hit with a crazy ass virus and the internet got shutoff and i cant get on and i can barely use a computer so yeah.


    but anyways is there an easy way to change the toe in on the tires? cause mine is uber fucked up and everyone wants a lot of money to fix it. any ideas? thanks a lot.

    p.s. the 325es is coming along pretty damn good. and i can finally shift better! hahahahaha

    Yeah, there is. Take it to an alignment shop and pay the professionals to do it. You can't do it yourself.

        There are no toe/alignment adjustment points on the rear of an E30. All alignment adjustments are in the front.

          oh damnit, that sucks i figured the forum would go into hibernation or something! hahah lol

          well i would take it to 'the professionals' but no one will touch my car due to the damage it sustained. they dont want the liability. so i am trying to figure out a way to do it myself. so the car doesnt shake like a crazy fuck at 45 miles an hour.

            That's not your alignment, that's most likely either bad front wheel bearings or bad control arm bushings / ball joints.

                  i seriously would have already bought it by now, but my paresnts bitch that i have 2 cars already, they would kill me if i brought home a third.....i have to wait til i move out so i can have more! only a few months to go

                        Help us out here. What "damage was sustained"? Did you smack a curb or something? Front or rearend? Toe problems on the rearend are from either bent trailing arms or a tweaked subframe, no ajustments can be made to fix that, its just a matter of replacing the damaged parts.

                          Put your car up on jackstands and spin the front wheels. Listen for a metallic spinning or grinding noise. Grab the wheel with both hands and shake it back and forth, up and down If there's play in the hub in any direction, it's the wheel bearings. As for the control arm bushings or ball joints, if they're never been replaced in the life of the car, it's time to replace them. Replace the entire control arm, it has new ball joints installed, and replace the control arm bushings, as well. Also, check your tie-rod ends and ball joints.

                            oh my bad i didnt know you didnt know the saga of my e30. well some lady hit a ground-mounted concrete pole with the car. i got it for 50 dollars. and the whole front end is fucked over. so it is the front end, and i havent done any damage to it yet.
