It really is Lachs and he really did paint the wheels blue. He posts on S14.net a lot, ask him about it over there.

a BMWCCA instructor that lives in my area has a E30 M3 on kosei's with each wheel a different motorsport color( two are blue). It's his track car though. His daily driver is a E39 540 6speed with a 100shot of nitrous.
