    Dyno rebuild

In case everyone doesnt know... I havent driven my car in about 3 months+. Most people knew I had low compression in 3 cylinders on my m20 so... long story short, I got the engine rebuilt with just stock rebuild parts and everything. I have about 1500 miles on it now and Saturday Nov. 11 I took it to a dyno. I could tell just by driving it that it was a TON faster than before but I wanted some baseline numbers on a stock rebuilt engine. The graph is below. If you have questions, ask away. Oh.. no AC and no mechanical fan on the water pump if that makes any difference to you anal people.

If i understand it correctly would that also equal 152 bhp?
Do you think now that you can estimate the output beofre the rebuild?.

    Congrats on your fresh engine

      Compression before rebuild:
      cyl 1 - 120
      2 - 95
      3 - 75
      4 - 95
      5 - 120
      6 - 130

I'm guessing power was way down from where it should have been. Before the rebuild I ran the 1/4 mile at 15.6@85mph which isnt bad for what it was. I don't know of any place close that is still running.

that's good news - especially with the bad luck you had with the prior replacement.just wonder how much faster you will be at auto-x than that other guy . . .

Those seem like very good numbers for a stock motor. Awesome.
