What happend to Apex381?

I guess this goes under general.
it all started about two and half month ago. I asked this guy (Apex381) about his RD spoiller if it was still availabe, and he replied back saying yes. we negociated the price and he agreed for a reasonalbe price. so i've sent the payment the way he prefered (US postal money order) that was October 18th. and he confirmed that he got it by the folowwing Tuesday, whic was the 24th.
a week passed by and i asked him about the spoiler and he said his gf's chinchil had died and he didn't have much time to send it. so i said it's ok.
after another week and half when i asked him about the spoiler he said he had a family emergency and he had to spend time with his family, and i said it's fine and just send it as soon as you can. another week or so passed by and he said he went to the ups store and they didn't like tha packing and refused to ship it, so i suggested him to go Uhaul or Staples to get a box as those places carry big boxes.
That was the last time i heard from him. since then i've sent 3-4 msgs and no replied.
as far as i know he's a college student and these days his father also not feeling well, considering those issues i have waited 2 and half months so far and he's not replying to my msgs.
does anyone know this guy,or live close by,, or heard from him lately?

i'm not making any asumptions or accusations here....but i really hope you paid with paypal. if so, put a complaint (as long as its been less than 45 days since you sent the payment) and the issue will be solved either with money back or him replying/confirming the shipment. its really that easy.

i use paypal for absolutely everything for this same exact reason.

ok thanks for PMing me for those who did. I actually was over at Beau's house yesterday and saw the air dam. I know he is looking for a box for it. He has been going through a lot lately that I'm not really gonna get into but he's a honest person and he's not trying to screw you over. I guess he hasn't gotten back to you b/c he doesn't really get online much. I'll let him know.

He said he is going to give you your $ back. He is out of the country right now so hold your horses. He offered you a refund a LONG time ago and several times for that matter when he realized that it was going to be hard to get out. You said that you just wanted it and didn't mind waiting. Now I know its been longer than you may have thought but lets be real, he offered you a refund a long time ago and you refused. He's not trying to rip you off! I know I'm just the middleman but geeze chill out. He was being really nice to let it go for that price shipped, he was basically GIVING it to you.

He's not giving it to anyone...it hasn't been shipped. So far the guy has ripped him off. They agreed on a price and it's not been shipped....what does the price have to do with whether it gets shipped out or not sooner or later?? I had to make a custom box for a fender last year, I still had it sent within a week. This guy needs to get off his ass and get honest.
A gilrfriends dead chinchilla is a reason to not send a paid for package...OMG...I hope this guy doesn't stub his toe. Sorry but that's horse shit.

Yes I said i'll wait considering the things he was going thru back then. But never thought he would not reply to my msgs and he would take this long to ship it.
Yes I said I'll wait but that doesn't mean I'm going to wait another one year to get the thing. plus never thought I had to send him msgs thru a middleman.
will you wait such a long period of time without even a single reply any msgs?
About the price. what does price got to do with the package being shipped or not?

I never refused the refund, infact it never came to that point that time, but I said I prefer the spoiler than
money when he said it's hard to find a box, but that was almost 2 months ago, since then I never heard from him, that's what pisses me off.
