Is there a bolt on TB upgrade for a 325is?

This is for my 2002 - which is getting an e30 318i intake manifold and possibly a 325is throttle body. I have an adaptor plate - so I wanted to know if anyone has a larger tb that shares the same bolt pattern, ect.
    Thanks

BMP Design sells a big-bore throttle body for the M20, but the concensus view is that it's not worth it, especially not for $329.

i guess 60mm will have to do for a turbo 4 cylinder.

are you going to be using motronic? I would see if I could get rid of the AFM before I worried about the throttle body.

Um...I dont think he is considering his Sig says squirted. The 60mm will most likely be just fine for that application. I have seen some pretty big numbers on a 2.5 liter m20 with the stock TB and intake...so I think on a M10 it should be perfect.

And AFM wont really add much restriction to a turbo'd M10, it's not going to pump any more air than a turbo 3.5 M30 unless its pushing huge boost, so a standard M30 AFM that the turbo boys use should be juuuust fine.

I don't plan on running an AFM.

The TB is far from being the bottle neck on that motor. You're going FI anyway, why do you care about getting the absolute maximum flow out of it? If you were NA I could understand...

Actually, I've decided on running a ~60mm tb off of a 5.0 mustang. Reason being is because it has the throttle position switch that is compatible with megasquirt. so much for my nice adaptor plate.....
