That is a specially built crowd pleaser. There is absolutly no weight in the front of that thing, it is designed to stand up like that all the way down the track. Ive seen it on tv before, but it was recently on Horsepower TV. It is kind of like the Little Red Wagon was in its day. As for the motor, probably looking at something like 572 big block (to have more weight) with a blower and carbs instead of nitro/alky injection.
