Corky's book was great for the time it was released. It'll give you a great insight to the basics of turbocharging as he leaves much of his talk in lamen's terms.
Introduction to Internal Combustion Engines by Colin R.Ferguson and Allan T. Kirkpatrick has stuff on forced induction and just about everything else in engines.
Except I wouldn't read it unless you've taken a course in thermodynamics already.

If you are referring to them as math formulas, I think you are bound to be disappointed. Modeling forced induction systems, intakes, exhausts, flame propagation, etc. in an engine can get ridiculously complicated. You have to deal with compressible fluids and bizarre flow regimes. Most knowledge of these things is gained empirically. You can gain information like knowing that a more effective inter cooler not only lowers the low temperature reservoir temp if you are doing a basic Otto cycle calculation as well as an increased charge density.
