To paint or not to..

Heres my delphin. Im looking to freshen up the front end a little. The is lip on there im thinking about painting to match the car. If i do i will definitly be also adding a splitter i think. I need some input on what to do.

This seems like a simple question to me. It along the lines of "should i put weaves on my car or leave the caps." Paint the bumper and lip and you will be happy.

IMO this question isnt any different from "pick my front end" either. I was looking for some input especially from delphin owners like erik325i. rede30 how much paint chipping do you get on your lip?

Are your rocker panels still black? It would look good if you left it black, but body colored is always good, too. Do what you think looks good.
