Body damage, strange situation

OK here we go...about a 9 or 10 months ago my car got a full repaint, it looks great.

last friday i had a small gathering at my house, which turned into a somewhat larger gathering heh. (parents were gone).

anyways, everything was cool until this like..21 year old prick shows up that has no future...i dont know why he was there, but he commences to be an ass, but a friend of mine ends up getting him out of the house and him and another friend leave...well getting to the point, i come out the next afternoon and find a big fucking dent in the driver side quarter panel of my car....the paint is also chipped off where the fender kind of merges into the truck lid....now....i KNOW it was this fuck up...i even have a quasi-witness to prove it...BUT i cant really file a report as the party at my house at the time wasnt exactly legal...so...im kinda stuck....this guy has like 3 DUI's and doesnt get his lisence back for something like 2 years...so im thinking about waiting 2 years until he gets his car and totally demolishing his vehicle....

oh also the guy is about 6"2 230 pounds, theres not really any way i could kick his ass...barehanded at least.

my theory is that if he is one of those never-ending pricks, leave it be and he'll get it later from a bigger fish. if u think u can dominate him, fuck his property up.... i am sure the anarchist cookbook or something like that would be helpful. I bet a local mechanic could tell you how to fuck his car up real nice, ya know, like grounding a car battery on his under-carriage and letting it melt, or like tying his car up somehow to something not-towable. Be creative.

Just don't get in over your head.... unless the body-shop estimate is too high! :twisted:

thats why i was planning on waiting a good while.....he will have totally forgotton about it, and ill be at college. a couple hours away...he'll most liklely STILL be in trinity

mmm, if he drives a vehicle that u can get under w/o a jack. then get under there and remove his fuel filter... or slice his radiator hoses.... or... just fuck shit up! theres plenty to fuck with under a car.

Obviously, if this guy has like 3 DUI's, it just shows you how irresponsible he actually is. Guys like this aren't easy to deal with, and sometimes it's best to just forget about the situation and move on. He seems to be headed in one diretion.........JAIL. If he thinks he's a "badboy" now, wait until he gets locked up. He will end up being someone's little bitch...and he WILL run into someone such as myself that will put him in his place :twisted:

If you want to even the score and take it to the streets, and you are concerned of his "size", there is a "tool" that is a wonderful problem solver............

I would just let it go, because often situations like this have a "boomerang" effect. Good luck!
