Stupid question on Euro trim...

Whats the difference between euro bumper trim and whatnot, and the US stuff? Yeah its a dumb question... gotta learn somewhere. Thanks guys, Dave.

The euro trim on the plastic bumpers (the black impact strip) doesn't have any parking lights in it like the US ones do.
