Ok so my steering wheel looks/feels like total crap and someone is selling a wheel for a good price. the only prob is that they say that it sometimes doesnt honk and the contacts may need to be cleaned. What could this mean? can the 3 buttons the steering wheel that you push on to make it honk be the problem or could it be something else?
