what is too much for Mtech 1 wheel?

I thought really nice ones go for around 80.00 and midgrade go for any where from 40.00-60.00. This is the wheel with the stripe at the bottom correct?

Yea, then the numbers I have seen are around what I said before. The very nice examples for for around 80.00 to maybe 100.00

100 had better be in mint condition, something that is actually near impossible to find these days.
