It's not an OE BMW part. That car has become fairly famous. I know the side skirts are BMW, but I'm not sure what the rear is. I want to say AC Schnitzer, but I don't think it it.

ACS and no cat frees a whopping 4 hp to a good engine. Big deal. Figure is from early cat less cars rated at 126kw as opposed to 125kw 168 hp US and 172 for cat free EU cars or 171hp for a cat EU car.

The sideskirts also look to be Hartge. The BMW sport sideskirts have a twist on the lower edge on each edge.

He's referring to the exhaust soot thats collected on the rear bumper from the lack of a cat.
