Noob needs help quick!

ever hear of a taxi, a bus, a ride from someone? no? then you my friend are doomed!

its a suburb, no taxis unless you call one a day ahead of time. even then they don't show up on time. no buses because there is no public transportation. all my friends work in the morning in different parts of the city and so do my parents. anyways, i tracked down a friend that had the tool and i swapped them out.
