    Glue Recommendation

    I need some strong glue to hold up the ventalation expansion tank. The mounting bracket rusted off and now there is nothing to told it up. Using glue is the best solution I can think of.

    Any brand names for strong ass glue?

    How about JB Weld or Magnumsteel. Their not glue but they do hold stuff together good.

          welder + a chunk of scrap sheet metal = new mounting tab.

          much better than glue. But if you insist on glue jb weld is gonna be your best bet.

            Pliogrip structural urethane adhesive rocks.....you need a special gun to apply a bead, but if you are just doing small jobs I have mixed it with a stick.....one of it's intended applications is to replace welds for sheet matal on body work....it is amazing

                Its eaither silicone or jb weld then. :)

                I want to get this fixed so I can take the device I'm using to hold it up (I'm not even going to mention what it is). Then I'll be able to take out my spring pads finally. I hate to much rake.
