so i grilled some salmon for dinner.... then i grilled my hand :evil: got three of my finger tips on my right hand, luckilly very little blistering

on the upside now it will be tougher to confirm i was at the scene of the crime, since it changed my fingerprints a little 8)

EDIT: heh, heh, there's a diagonal line going from my middle finger to my pinkey... it's like i took a miniature little iron & smoothed out the wrinkles ;)

nah...the best food with fish are in my country!! ;) ever heared from "Ceviche" or "Tiradito" ?? If someone ever make a trip to my country let me know I will pick up yuo and will envite Ceviche!! :P

Yeah but you get fresh Mahi Mahi like daily correct? I hate you, and envy you and feel for you as I would go nuts on an Island. But Hawaii has such great weather the low of 78 degrees common whats not to love, Oh the Island is only 125 all the way around. :P

Sunday I picked up about 40 mahi mahi's, and about 30 ono (wahoo).
I rate mahi about the same as salmon though :P

you are right, but more "know it" is or is called "Conchitas a la Parmesana" then you add some "limon" kind of lime, but here grows very acid! The fish is cooked also with"limon" just abit...
