    Questions about fighting traffic tickets.

Ok, this is a SIMPLE AND DIRECT question. Dont ask what happened.

How well does ticketbuster, ticketassassin, etc work? Anyone ever worked with any of these?

Eric Lukas took down his notes on tickets from his website..... so I'm trying to see what to do now.

Anyone that feels like helping and not flaming, please reply and help me out. IM me at AIM if anything.

    Thanks in advance,
    Erick

Yes. Been there done that. Really wouldnt want to do it again considering the cost of the ticket is the same.

I hear a lot of people can walk easily out of courts and also all of those programs I mentioned above, so I want to look over all the possibilities I have before going to traffic school

best thing to do is to get the traffic lawyer from the very same town where you got the ticket. This is because this lawyer will know the judge and the prosecutor, most likely they are hanging out together at the local bar after work... Seriously, your chances are greatly reduced if you bring the lawyer from the outside (different town, different county, etc..).

A month ago I got clocked doing 71 in 50 in my M3 (4 points ticket). The layer reduced it to 0 points, $50 fine, that's all.
First question I asked before hiring him was - do you know the judge and how well do you know him and how often are you in this particular court house.

If you got 2 points violation, you may (less than 50% chance depending on your age and record) try to fight it without the lawyer, if it's more than 2 points and you want to reduce it to zero, your chances doing it without the lawyer are almost zero.

          Good luck in any case

I used ticketassassin in CA and it worked as advertised. 8) I recommend it to anyone who needs help with tickets.
