So. Cal. 1/4 mile at Fontana, Apr 10th?

I'm looking into getting some 1/4 mile times at Fontana on April 10th. I 'think' it's an open track day. I understand it'll be $20 to race ($10 entrance and $10 tech). I left the details at work so I'm not 100%. Anyone interested?

Hey I wanna go! I have everything even the stupid battery Tie down. Do they still trip on cracked windshields? I need to know if I have to go get a banner real quick.

I would assume so, if you can't pass a safety, you shouldn't be passing a race safety check :P

maybe my garage-buddy and I will show up with our 928s. He just got drag radials and is hoping to pull off high 11's, or 12 flat.

Do you know how popular this track is? I went to irwindale and i was dissapointed because it was an 1/8th mile track and there were SO many people there. I only got like 3 runs in during the many hours i was there.

                      Bah!

I was shutting my top the other week and I slammed it alittle too forcefully because it got misaligned and when it hit it cracked the window and that broke the rearview mirror. Everytime I want to go to the track I break a windshield, this happened in my 325e last year.

I would go for sure if i knew my car was in tip-top condition. I've been having many issues with my cooling system lately. Damn car has too many miles and the weak parts are starting to show themselves...

So who is racing tomorrow? I just installed the high pressure/volume fuel pump and got the drag radials mounted. I have to travel out of state for Easter but am hoping to sneak away to the track tomorrow morning.
