Hey guys i am having a little problem, i bought a steering wheel at ebay.de, having a little problem communicating with the seller, apparently his email address has a fatal error and all his email get returned back to him, he send me some info to send payment but i do not speak the language and can not understand, so if anybody can help here is part of the email sent to me by him.

There is a real simple way to avoid this - contact the seller well in advance and let him know with a simple babelfish translated message that you do not speak german, are in the states, and are interested.

90% of the ebay.de deals I have done, the seller knew english well enough to email me that way. Some have said they did not want the hassle of shipping overseas. Most were willing. Many of them do paypal these days too. Much easier than doing the wire transfers.

Paypal screws to many of them with money conversion rates and fees so The prefer to do the wire. Honestly most banks will do wire for about ten bucks too.

My bank charges $40 for an int'l wire. Payapl is decent on conversions rates. I use it for people from overseas who rent our place in Florida and the rate is about as good as you'll get anywhere else.

The fees still suck, but they are better than the hassle of a wire, IMHO.
