    newbie from the uk here!

    hi all,new to this scene,got me a e30 320i auto,looks ok on the 17s,and i also have a m535i motor that i got for £50 thats gonna go into it!however,i then want to run a manual box,BUT it needs to be a strong un cos im gonna be whacking a bloody great turbo on the side of it!oh,and what diff should i use to? am new to bmw's but not to tuning,so i need to know the best ways around buying expensive crap on these motors,ie can i use the ecu off another beemer?can i use a e34 M5 box and diff? etc etc.....? cheers all,hopefully my car will be done sometime soon!

    I am from the uk too. I a more regulare member on the e30zone, but there is lots of interesting stuff on this forum too, lots of engine transplants and turbos hehe

          If your planing on putting a turbo on RHD car make sure you can get a set up that will clear the steering colum m8.

          I asked Todd(TCD) about a turbo kit for my E34 M30 535 but it whouldn't fit It's a shame because the kit produces some mega power.

          He said that the inter cooled turbo kit for the M30 produce's 350rwhp / 425rwtq.If you say you lose 15% in drive line loss's then that make's for 400 bhp @ fly wheel !!!!

          I'm doing some rearch it to super charging at the moment.But it aint cheap !
