I hate dips too. Especially ones your can't see in the rain at night.
This one scared the shit out of me.

You have to get under your car mang. The muffler bearings will be easy to see once you are under there.
But srsly, get under the car and look at the pipes. In one second you will see your problem.Leave a comment:

downpipe got pulled off?? thats what it looks like.
when you replace the down pipe you also have to change the muffler bearings, they become sloppy when you pull the downpipe off.Leave a comment:

Absolutely.Damn M10's, everything is always cheaper.
Judging by the pics I'd say you need to run to your local BMW dealer ASAP and see if they have any muffler bearings in stock. You might be lucky and have them available but like others have said, they can be hard to find. Bring your checkbook.
